Alabama Women’s Basketball Camp FAQ
How do I know if my camper has been accepted into Alabama Women’s Basketball Camp?
When you have successfully completed the online application and your credit card payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation letter to the address you associate with your online account. If you believe that your registration went through successfully but you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk email folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 205-348-3834.
Does Alabama Women’s Basketball Camp provide scholarships or financial assistance?
Unfortunately, we are limited by NCAA regulations and are unable to provide financial assistance to our camp.
What role do Coach Curry, her staff, and any former and current University of Alabama players play in daily camp activities?
Coach Curry and her staff are very present at the camp. The staff will observe many games at all locations and are available throughout the day to meet campers, coaches and families.
Where and when is check-in?
Alabama staff will meet your team before first game and get team checked in.
Do I need to bring a Parental Authorization/Insurance forms with me?
These forms are available on our camp website. You can either bring them to camp registration or it is strongly suggested you fax it ahead of time to Vickey Plant at 205-348-9770. These forms are required for your camper to participate in camp.
May I come and watch my camper participate in camp activities?
Absolutely. Parents, family members, and friends are welcome to come watch any of our camp activities including lectures, stations and games. We just ask that, for activities taking place in Foster Auditorium, guests sit upstairs and not gather on the court.
Where should I go if I have any questions during camp?
Any questions you may have can be directed to one of several places during camp! You can ask a camp coach and if they don’t know they will direct the question to a camp director. You can also stop by the Alabama Basketball office and speak with Vickey Plant. This office is located at the main entrance of Foster Auditorium. You can also continue to email Grant Fausset at email@example.com.
